Auckland, May 19

Sitting in Divorce to-day, Mr Justice Edwards granted decrees nisi in the cases, Gilbert Johnston v, Catherine Agnes Johnston (on the grounds of misconduct), Ada May Howard v. Waiter George Nesbit Howard (dcaciuou). and Hepzibah Florence Wilson v. John Edward Wilson (desertion). The re-hearing of the suit, Craig v. Graig, will be commenced to-morrow.
