JUNIOR. Hui Mai v. Weraroa, at Mauakau. Levin-Wanderers v. Foxton, at Devin.
Koputaroa v. Waitohu, at Koputaroa. Tainui v. Tokomaru, at Kimberley. Shannon a bye.
On the local racecourse on Saturday, football enthusiasts are promised a really good game when the local team will meet Levin-Wanderers. The following team has been seletted to represent Foxton :—C. Peri, Joe, Wickham, W. Cook, Martin, Reid, Rore, Shamrock, W. Robinson, Mansell, G. Wilson, Carter, Frankland, P. Coley, aud Haedna. Emer. : Tauraaranui.
The senior championship shield and also the junior cup will be on view at, the racecourse 011 Saturday. Members of the Horowhenua Union will be present and as the game will no doubt be an interesting one a large attendance of spectators is expected. The match will start punctually at three o’clock.
The junior team to play LevinWanderers at Levin on Saturday will travel by coach, which will leave Whyte's Hotel at one o’clock sharp.
An. effort is being made to arrange a match on the racecourse on Saturday between a team from the Levin District High School and the local thirds.
