HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows -
The hemp market is quiet, but rather steadier. Lower prices are encouraging more business. Spot good fair, £3* > fair > £ 2B for all positions ; Manila, £33 ; May-July, £34.
