The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows The hemp market is dull, very little business doing; market weaker, tendency downward ; spot good lair, £s2 ; fair, £2B 10s ; Manila £33 ; April-June, good fair £32 ; fair. xos ; Manila,, £3\ ; output Manila 15,000 bales.
