The High Commissioner cabled at noon yest.rday as follows: — The bean market is dull. Prices are irregular. Spot good fair, fair, £3O; Manila, Aprii-June shipments, good bur, ; fair, xos. Manila, ids. The output of Manila for the week was 19,000 bales.
