THE WEATHER.
The Rev. D. C. Bates wires to-day as follows:—The indications are tor land and sea breezes, but south-easterly to strong winds prevailing; weather probably cool and changeable ; the night will probably be very cold with frosts inland ; the barometer has a rising tendency but unsteady; moderate; tides poor.
