To-morrow will be a red-letter day in the history of the local Methodist Church, when the foundation stone laying ceremony Of the handsome brick building in the Avenue will be carried out by the Hon, C. M. Luke, M.L.C. and G. H. Stiles Esq. In the evening a tea meeting will be held in the Masonic Hall to be followed by a public meeting at which speeches will be delivered by local and visiting clergymen.
