The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows 3 The hemp market remains very flat. Spot good fair, 5 fair > ; Manila, £ 33 ; forward good fair, £34 10s ; lair, £3l 10s '> Manila, £34-1 output Manila for the week 20,000 bales.
