STONE LAYING CEREMONY. M.- Luke, M.L.C. (vice-president of the Methodist Conference and expresident ot the last Methodist Conference), ; >; nd Mr G. H. Stiles (Circuit Steward). In connection with this function an interesting service will be held, and various visiting ministers will take part. A collection will be taken up in aid of the Building Fund. The public are cordially invited to be present at this ceremony. .In the evening a tea meeting will be held in the Masonic Hall at 6.15- For this meeting the ladies of the congregation have been working hard and an abundance of good things will be provided. Admission to the tea is is. At the conclusion of the tea, a public meeting will be held to which all are cordially invited, A good programme will be given, consisting of anthems by the choir, assisted by friends, quartettes, solos, etc. Addresses will be given by visiting and local ministers. A collection will be taken at the public meeting. It is confidently expected that there will be large gatherings at these functions, and given fine weather Wednesday should be a red-letter day iu connection with the local Methodist Church.
