Average barometric pressure, 29-2 ; average temperature, 63:3 ; total rainfall, 378 inches. Prevailing wind, westerly (generally moderate ; sky, generally cloudy. For the week ending February 28th, the readings were as under: —Average pressure, 29-4; average temperature, 59’ 2 j total rainfall for the week, *49 inches.
