BREACHES OF FLAXMILLS AWARD.

Ai the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, Wm. Ross and Son, Ltd., and D. Green were proceeded against by the Inspector of Awards for breaches of the Flaxmills agreement by failing to provide for all flax to be weighed at the tram end and the weights and weighing to be available to cutters or their representatives. Both defendants admitted the breaches, and tendered explanations. The Magistrate entered up judgment for £2 in each case.
