RISE IN FREIGHTS

Another advance in the rates ot flax and scrimmed tow, shipped to London by vessels of New Zealand, Shaw Savill and Albion, Tyser and Federal Shire companies is announced. Between July ist and September 30th of this year, freights will be: Flax 85s a ton, as against the present rate of 75s ; tow, 100 s, as' against 90s, plus 10 per cent, primage in each case.
