HEMP MARKET. The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market is very quiet ; nothing doing. Spot good fair, £33 ; fair, .£3l; Manila, 10s. January-March shipments, good fair *os; fair, £3l 10s ; Manila, £35. > Quotations are nominal. Manila output, 17,000 bales.
