THE WEATHER.
The Rev. D. C. Bates wires to-day as follows: — Indications are for variable to moderate breezes, but changing northerly moderate to strong ; mild and hazy conditions ; increasing haze and cloudiness; fog likely on the coast at times. Barometer little movement, but falling alter about 16 hours. Sea smooth, tides poor.
