The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows: — The hemp market is very firm. Good fair, ,£35 ; fair, ,£33 xos; forward shipments, about the same price ; Manila, .£33 ; forward shipments, ,£36. The output of Manila for the week was 19,000 bales.
