ENTERTAINMENTS.

PICTURE SHOW.

A most unusual feature will be presented on Saturday, and patrons of the municipal pictures will have the opportunity of witnessing the great Australian star film, “The Assigned Servant,” 3000 ft. in length. A most pathetic drama entitled, “Home Folks,” where age forgets its own youth, showing how a stern father rules his little family by what he thinks to be the Bible’s precepts, but it is simply the influence of his own narrow mind, he forgetting entirely his own youth. Another splendid drama by the A.B. Coy. is, “Spirit Awakened.” A most interesting industrial film of the “Iflgnite Mine in Brux” will also be shown. “The Red Ink Tragedy,” lurid, laughable comedy. The young detective thinks he has caught the villian red-handed, and is completely crushed when he learns the blood of the victim is red ink, and it is all a mistake and a laugh. “Tomboy Bessie,” is another comedy that will bring down the house. Bessie is certainly a terror, and manages without much trouble to get into all sorts of mischief, and the stunts she puts Andrew through make him worthy of the hand of Aunt Cissie. A number of other films will also be shown including a natural history subject and a “Pathe Gazette.”
