It is understood that the most important of the additional clauses to the Hand Bill which the Prime Minister intimated yesterday he would move when that measure was in Committee, will give the right of purchase to lease in per petuity tenants of ordinary Crown ■a-:;’,-. I’, is stated that it was not
intended to enlarge the present scope ol the Bill until next session, but that members of the Reform party have intimated that they will be quite willing to have the session prolonged for a tew days ii necessary in order that the proposed additions to Cue Hu -my be placed upon the Stamm book Cuts session.
