STOCK REPORT,
The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., and Reduced report: —At Paimeislon on Thursday we had a good yarding 01 cattle, and a small-entry of sheep, which sold at late rates. Very few lines were left unsold. We quote : —Forward ewes, 12s 6d ; cull ewes, 3s gd ; mixed hoggets, 15s gd; yearling steers, discoloured, £2 12s 6d, good £3 8s ; yearling heifers (small), £2 18s to £3; empty uvu year HolsteinJerse.y clujj ueners, £4 15s ; heifers in calf, £4 is ; springing heifers, £4 2s 6d to £s 10s ; ditto (good), to £8 ; heifers, just calved (good), £7 ss; cows and calves, £3 16s ; milch cow, £7 3d ; store cows, £3 7s to £3 14s ; yearling Holstein bulls, £3 5s to £4 15s.
