BOWLING CLUB SOCIAL.
The Foxtou Bowling Club's euchre party and dance held last night was a most successtul function. Twenty-five tables were filled with euchre players and later on the number present was increased by those intent on dancing- Prize winners were as follows : Ladies, Mrs Parkes i, Miss Edwards 2 ; booby, Miss Stacpoole ; gentlemen, Mr F. Woods 1, Mr Beckman 2 ; booby, Mi G. Edwards. The great success of the function is due to the lady members of the club, who left no stone unturned to ensure a pleasant evening.
