PICTURE SHOW
"Love and Tears” is a most pathetic story to be told on the screen on Saturday night. It is that of a young married couple, fairly rich and devoted to each other, and everything in their world goes merrily until the beautiful wife fell sick, and the doctors ad milted that it was the beginning of the end. For several weeks the husband was frantic and watched day and night at the bedside, but after a while he became wearied of the sorrowful situation and sought change in Bohemian life, One night the end is drawing near, and the husband is going to a ball, but promises to return early. When he returns the sisters of mercy are kneeling at the bedside of the dead wife. ‘‘Where the Money Went,” shows the right way for it to go. A wise young man makes his wife happy by investing it in a home and giving her the deed. The strange part of it is she thinks he spends iton another woman. Also "Fate’s Interception,” a tale of love in the land ot Mexico. A very pretty study entitled "Pups,” also a nature study "Pitcher Plant,” .ire also interesting Sims. There are four real good comedies, “ThTenderfoot’s Troubles,” "Bachelor’s Waterloo,” ' Widow jeiiklii’s Admirers,” and "riot Stuff.” "Hot Stuff” is very laughable. Poor Hauk is left out ol a party, and in revenge”, when hanging round the house, sees some taffy left on the window sill to cool so he doses it with Tabasco Sauce. You may Imagine the result.
