An eight-roomed house, with all conveniences, numerous outbuildings, together with 5 acres of land, situate in Lady’s Mile, is advertised to let. Messrs Mounsey and Go’s, next local auction sale will be held in Nye’s yards on Monday next, August sth, when produce, live stock, and a consignment of fruit, hedge and shelter will be offered. Entries are invited. Nearly the last lap ; but certainly the best has been kept lor this final spurt in No. I, 2, 3 and 4 parcels offered in to-day’s issue by Collmson and Cunninghame, Ltd., the big drapers, of Palmerston North. There is a variety for men, women and children. The sale ends on Saturday week, so be advised and send for one or more of their sale parcels before the close. On any ol these parcels Ireight will be paid to the nearest railway station, and they still stick to their rule of exchanging any article not approved of, or your money will be returned in full. For anyone furnishing it will repay them to pay Collinson and Cunninghame a visit.
