The High Commissioner cabled as follows at noou yesterday The hemp market is firm, improved demand. Spot good fair, £2 2 10s; fair, ss; forward good fair, £22 10s ; fair, 10s ; stock, 26S tons ; Manila market is active at advance, spot, ; forward, 10s ; output, 24,000 bales.
