HEMP MARKET. The High Commissioner cabled as follows at noon yesterday - The hemp market is firmer and there is better demand. Spot good fair, £22 ss; fair, £2O 15s ; Manila, £22 10s ; forward shipments about the same price. Output 6f Manila for week, 20,000 bales.
