OBITUARY.

Deceased had a paralytic seizure some five years ago, which had left her an invalid since. Deceased was horn in County Kerry, Ireland, and came to New Zealadd as a young girl. She has resided in Foxtou for the past 17 years. Deceased leaves a husband to mourn his loss. The. funeral will take place on Monday, leaving Mr Hurley’s residence, Johnston Street, at 2 o'clock. We extend our sympathy to the bereaved husband.
There passed away at her residence in College street, Palmerston on Thursday, a very old resident of Manawatu, in the person of Mrs J. MacEennan, relict of Mr John MacEennan, late of Oroua Downs. Mrs MacEennan came out from England with her husband about 47 years ago. For a lime they resided in Otago but subsequently lived at Oroua Downs, where deceased resided for 23 years, and was very highly respected. Mrs MacEeunau moved to Palmerston about nine years ago. She was 75 years of age, and leaves a son (Mr J. R. MacEenuan, of Feilding), and three daughters (Mrs J, B. Pascal), Miss MacEeunau, and Miss E. MacEennan, all of Palmerston.
