LLOYD-GEORGE LAND POLICY.

London, July 4

The scope of the Commission set up by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr Eloyd-George, into the land question iu England and Wales, of which Mr Arthur Dyke Aclaud will be chairman, will include- the investigation of land tenure, transfer of land, incidence of rating, housing problems, and the leasehold system. The British Weekly states that Mr Eloyd-George’s land policy includes the setting up of Land Courts to fix agricultural rents and terms of tenancy.
