STOCK REPORT
The N.Z. Eoau and Mercantile Agency Co., Etd.. and Reduced, report on their Himataugi sale on Monday as follows: We had a good yarding ol both sheep and cattle, There was a smaller attendance than usual, and bidding at auction was slack. We were, however, successful In placing the bulk oi the yarding, and have to report a sacistactory clearance. Quotations: Sheep —Forward ewes 12s 6d, woolly lambs 9s to 10s 6d, medium shorn lambs Ss 3d, cull lambs 4s. Cattle —Weaners (small) 20s to 22s 6d, others 30s to £ 2, heifers in calf ,£5 19s to £6 15s, store cows £2 10s, forward cows £2, 2s 6d to £~\ ios, cows in calf £4 17s 6d to £5 2s 6d, young dairy cows £j ss. bulls £2 10s.
