At the Supreme Court to-day, Robert Watt, an elderly man, was charged with having committed a serious offence. Alter a retirement of three-quarters of an hour, the jury brought in a verdict of guilty, Mr Justice Edwards sentenced accused to teu years’ imprisonment with hard labour.
