Samuel Henry, charged with the murder of his wife, was found to be insane. He was committed for trial. Griffiths, Mr Lewis Harcourt, Secretary ol Slate lor the Colonies, declined to ask the other Dominions to send delegates to the Naval Conference unless Canada wished this done.
His wife obtained a separation Irom the Rev Mr ' Tanner, the octogenarian vicar of Duudry, Somerset, ou the ground of cruelty.
