CORRESPONDENCE.

(To the Editor)

Sir. —I would like to know why gentlemen were allowed to skate at the Municipal Rink on Tuesday afternoon last. It was announced the hall would be open for ladies only, and I do not think it fair to the ladies, who go there to learn a little about the art of propelling the rollers, that any gentlemen should be allowed on the floor. If the Council, or whoever has charge of the rink, intend to b r ' r e these aiteraoons, they should either exclude gentlemen or open the rink for general skating,—Yours in anticipation. Fair Pi,av.
