CORRESPONDENCE.
(To the Editor)
Sir. — I want to know by whose authority the doorkeeper at the rink questions the season ticket holders as to where they have been (if they go out during the skating), and moreover tell them that they are not supposed to go outside. I think the medical man on the committee ought to have a word to say about that. Is it right that men should be imprisoned lor three hours without the chance of getting out unless they pay to go in again ? Besides, I would like to know by whose authority the conveniences at the back are locked up as they were last Friday night during the skating. The conveniences are for the patrons of the hall and must be lett open or burst open. —I am, etc.,
Plain Bill.
