The Feildiug Jockey Club’s Easter meeting was commenced yesterday. The weather was showery, but there was a good attendance. The totalisator receipts were an increase of >£3268 on the corresponding day of last year. Results

The attendance was large, and as Tauhereuikau is considered the prettiest course in the Dominion, everyone present spent an enjoyable day.
