BOROUGH TREASURER’S REPORT.
The following report of the finances of the borough for the past month was submitted at last night's Borough Council meeting:—
“The sum of .£254 15s has been paid into the credit of the district fund account since the last monthly meeting of the Council, and £5 to the credit of the cemetery account. The bank balances this day were: District fund account, ,£589 14s 4d; cemetery account, 6s 5<i —both at credit.
“The separate accounts in credit are: General account, os 4d ; reserves account, 17s yd ; Town Hall account, ,£307 os rod ; interest account, 8s nd; Beach road loan account, ,£1249 9 s -
“The accounts overdrawn are: Library account ,£2O 4s 8d ; cemetery account, £3 5s 3d ; sanitation account, £ls gs 8d ; gas works account, £687 :8s 8d ; gas loan account, £6 16s 8d ; Hall loan account, £lO9 17s rod.
