The following criminal cases will be dealt with at the sitting of the Supreme Court at Palmerston on February sth : —Rex v. The divorce cases set down for hearing are as follows :—George W. Gibbs petitioner (Mr Cooper) v. Eva E. Gibbs and George A. Thompson, respondent and co-respondent (Mr Moore) adultery ; Emily Jane Chow, petitioner (Mr Moore) v. Robert Chow, respondent, desertion ; Isabella McPhun. petitioner (Mr Innes) v. David Alexander McPhun, respondent, desertion ; George James Kow, petitioner (Mr Pryor), v. Hannah Mary Laura Kow and William Nielson, respondent and co-respondent, aflultery ; Annie Hogan, petitioner (Mr Joliius) v. John 5. Hogan, respondent, motion for decree absolute. The following are the applications for discharge from bankruptcy : —Thomas Ellis Foss (Mr Trewin), Thomas A. B. Hudson (Mr Cooper), Blunden Bros. (Mr Haggitt), William D. L. Jarvis (Mr Lloyd), John S. Sandbrook (Mr Ougley). A public examination will be held in the bankrupt estate of James Smythe.
