BUSINESS NOTICES.
A lost bridle is advertised for. Messrs Hall and Jones, cycle and motor agents, of Palmerston North, notify by advertisement that they have a branch agency at Shannon. Mr E. J. Martin offers a reward for information that will lead to the conviction of the person who took oakum from the Boating Club’s shed last night. Edmund Osborne, Palmerston’s Cheapest Draper, appears to be hankering after Foxton. Having lived over a quarter of a century in the town he naturally has a tendency that way. He has removed into the large two-storey brick building formerly occupied by Essex and Co., which brings him nearer to Foxton —in fact the P.C D. is the first draper’s shop after leaving the train. We notice by advertisement in these columns that he takes up the cry so often reiterated by Foxtonians, viz., “We purchase cheaper at Osborne’s'” We feel sure that Mr Osborne will be pleased with a visit and will give satisfaction.
