PICTURE SHOW,

The picture show for Saturday night contains some very fine films. A special feature of this programme will be the scenic films : “ A trip to the Somoau Isles ” is very beautiful, showing the natural growth of these tropical islands in all its glorious profusion ; “ Picturesque Gorges of Cainnes ’’ shows some very wild and beautiful scenery, and “ Peninsula of Sorrento ” is also a very fine film. The dramas will be ot the usual tip top order. “ The Broken Cross ” is a splendid subject perfectly carried out. “ Bobby the Coward ” is a very exciting film, showing what happened to the one who was a coward. “ The Girl of the West ” is one of the splendid western dramas that are so popular and full of interesting situations. “ A Fight for Millions,” is one of the most intensely exciting subjects ever thrown on the screen. The comedies, “ Troublesome Secretaries ” and “ Bertie’SjElopemeut ” are full of fun and merriment that everyone will enjoy them. And last but not least the funniest thing of all, a comic film “ Foolshead am I mad?” Foolshead’s antics are too well-known to ueed much description, he is really the prince of ridiculous doings.
