BOWLING.

East night the Levin Bowling Club held a gaslight tournament for prizes of four gold medals for the winners, and four silver medals for the'runners up. There was keen competition, the following clubs being represented; Levin, Otaki, Khandallah, Shannon, Foxton and Terrace End. The Foxton club was represented by three rinks. The first rounds were played last night, and the competition will be completed to-night. The following teams are still in the running : Levin (2) Khandallah, Foxton and Otaki. The Foxton rink is comprised of Messrs Petrie, Rimmer, Witchell and Stunell. A lull report will appear in next issue.
