The High Commissioner cabled to us at noon yesterday as follows: —The hemp market firm, more enquiry, lather more active. New Zealand good fair spot ton, £2l ss; fair, ,£2O 10s all positions ; Manila, ,£2l xos ; forward, £22 ss; Manila output for week, 25,000 bales; stock New Zealand, 50S tons.
