Blenheim, Oct. 11

The match between Alf. Gault, champion of New Zealand, and Arthur Kelly, the clever Broken Hill boxer, attracted a great crowd to the Blenheim Town Hall, the building being crowded.

In the tenth round Gault struck a blow which appeared a very obvious foul, and the referee had no option but to award the fight to Kelly, a decision which did not give general satisfaction, although it was the correct one.
