London, September 24

Au anti-Home Rule demonstration was held at Belfast. A hundred thousand marched iu oroctssiou. Twenty thousand arrived by special trains Irom all parts of Ulster. Earl Em presided, and a resolution pledged the meeting to support Sir Edward Carson whatever action he might take or whatever danger might be faced in connection with Home Rule. Sir Edward Carson said the first duty was to insure that under no circumstances could any Horae Rule Bill be made effective so far as the Unionists of Ulster are concerned, and added that they must be prepared should the emergency occur to be accountable for the administration in those districts they were entitled to control. (Cheers.) Lord Ranfurly was present.
