SATURDAY’S FIXTURES.
Senior. —Shannon v. Levin, at Shannon. Mr Desmond.
Fox ton v. Hui Mai, at Mauakau, Mr J, Freeman. Tainui a bye.
On Saturday Foxton will meet Hui Mai at Manakau in which should be a really fine game. The local Club will be represented by a very strong fifteen and should give a good account ot themselves. Hui Mai and Foxton have previously met on two occasions this year and each side has scored a win, Hui Mai winning the match played at Levin by 16 points to 3 and Foxton were victorious on their own ground by 13 points to three. The Foxton team will leave on Saturday by motor at one o’clock. The following is the team Furrie, Cook (2), Keihana, A. Rimmet, Davey, Joe, Bowe, Beaton, Reid, Royal, W. Robinson, Shamrock, Martin, Havana and Rore. At Palmerston North yesterday, Taranaki defeated HorovvhenuaMauawatu by 12 points to 3, after a really fine game. Rawiri, of Otaki, gave an excellent display at wing three-quarter. POSITIONS OF TEAMS.
