The main object of that sale is to clear the shelves to make room for shipments of new goods that will be arriving in about a month’s time. On Monday next Messrs Mounsey and Co., will sell two very choice dwellings situated in Frances St., and corner of Francis St., and Johnston St. Both houses are of six rooms each with conveniences, and should prove an excellent investment for speculators or working men wishing to secure their own homes. The reserves have been fixed at a very low price in order to secure a speedy sale and bidding should be very spirited.
