BURGLARY.

Waimatk, July 31. The house of Mr R. Smith was broken into at Morven on Saturday. The safe was opened and ,£l9 and a quantity of jewellery was stolen. There is no trace as yet of the person who entered the house. The inmates were in Waimate at the time.
