DR. BARNARDO’S HOMES.
FOXTON LEADS THE DISTRICT. Our Palmerston and Feilding contemporaries have made strong appeals for donations to Dr Barnardo’s Home, and, although the responses from the public in those comparatively larger centres have been fairly generous, still Foxton leads. The list will close next Thursday and we shall be pleased to receive any further sums prior to that date. Remember : “the greatest of these is charity.”
