GRADING RETURNS. The total number of bales graded by Governmeat graders during June was 5,265, as compared with 5769 for the corresponding mouth of last year, a decrease of 3504 bales. For the twelve months ending 30th June the number graded was 97,749, as compared with 121,152 for the previous twelve mouths, a decrease of 23,403 bales. During the mouth 1369 bales of tow were dealt with, as compared with 273 S for the corresponding month of last year, or a decrease of 1369 bales.
