The High Commissioner cabled to ns at noon yesterday as follows : —Hemp market dull, expect no immediate change ; New Zealand good fair spot per ton, £2O ss; fair grade, 5s ; forward shipment, same price ; Manila spot per ton, ,£lB 1 os; forward shipment, Manila output, 26,000 bales.
