White, K.C.8., LL.D., D.Sc., late Assistant Controller of the Navy, and Director of Naval Construction : ‘ln meeting the wants ot this great mass of people engaged in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing pursuits. the International Correspondence Schools are undoubtedly doing a great public service.’ ” The above are typical of many received every day.
