SPECIAL ORDER AUTHORISING LOAN. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf, by the “Public Works Act, 1908,’’ and the “Local Bodies Loans Act, xqoS,’’ and their amendments, the Foxton Borough Council hereby resolves as follows : “That the Foxton Borough Council do hereby under its common seal authorise the raising of a special loan of ,£1,250, for the purpose of providing part cost of road from the Borough to Foxton Beach, in accordance with a warrant issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor, on the 14th day of February, 1911.” The above Special Order to be confirmed at a special meeting of the Foxton Borough Council to be held in the Council Chamber, Main Street, at 7.30 p.m. on May 23rd, 19x1.
