TRAIN WRECK. ELEVEN DEAD AND FIFTY INJURED. New York, April 30. A terrible train wreck has occurred near Easton, an important manufacturing town of Pennsylvania. An excursion train, while travelling at a speed of fifty miles an hour, struck a sharp curve where the track had been repaired recently. The sott ballast gave to the pressure of the heavily-laden cars, several of which toppled over an embankment. Eleven persons were killed outright and fifty injured. The wreckage of the cars caught fire, and some of the victims were burned. Baby had a horrid pain, Chucked away his dummy, Squirmed and screamed and squirmed again; Frightened his poor Mummy, Till at last she could endure Baby’s cries and screams no more, Gave him Wood’s Great Peppermint Cure, Soothed his little tummy.
