AFFAIRS IN MEXICO.
BREACH OF ARMISTICE. Mexico City, April 30. Reports from El Paso and Chihuahua assert that a thousand Federal reinforcements are moving towards Jaurez. Madero says the movement of this force breaks the armistice. Madero telegraphed to Diaz on the matter, A reply was received that the Government knew nothing about the matter. Madero is unable to communicate with Chihuahua.
