WEDDING.
SMITH—WALLS. At the residence of the bride’s parents, Mr and Mrs J. Walls juur., on Wednesday, April 26th. the wedding took place of their eldest daughter, Agnes Margaret, to Mr Abram Smith, ot Maryborough, Victoria. The bride was given away by her father, and was attired in a cream silk voile dress trimmed with tafetta silk and militaiy braid. She also carried a handsome shower bouquet, made ot chrysanthemums and cosmas, and was attended by her sister Vida as bridesmaid. The bridesmaid wore a cornflower blue striped voile dress, trimmed with silk lace insertion and also carried a pretty shower bouquet, Mr A. E. Ingram, of Bulls, officiated as best man. The ceremony was peilormed by the Rev Mr Coatswortb. After the ceremony afternoon tsa was partaken of, and later in the day fully 100 guests sat down to a sumptuous repast at the residence of the bride’s parents, where the usual toasts were honoured. The presents received were both costly and numerous, aud included two cheques. Mr and Mrs Smith intend taking up their residence in Foxton, and the Herald joins with their many friends in wishing them happiness and prosperity.
